Love the jeans! I have a pair of indigo and black. I was worried because the models have flatter tooshes and I have a bubble butt, but they fit great. They are a little snug at first but after you wear them a couple times they relax a little bit. I do wish there were more styles for woman though! A boot cut would be awesome!
I really want to like these jeans but I'm super bummed they don't have armor. For some reason, I thought they did and it is the only reason I bought them to replace a pair of armored jeans I no longer fit in. Will probably try to see if I can get some sewn in or just give them away.
I made the mistake of following the sizing chart and not reading the fine print below so I ended up with jeans that are way too loose. These aren't really cut for petite gals either, the crotch hangs way too low. The high waist is great for riding. Wish they were more boot cut than straight leg to allow for chunky riding boots. They are thick with the Kevlar so it gets pretty warm on hot days. Will be nice when the weather cools. The pants themselves seem very well built and should last quite a while. I'm not about invest another few hundred on a pair that fits me correctly though, may have to try hot water and high heat to shrink them.
I own three pairs of these (two indigo, one black). The first pair I bought in 2016 is still trucking along and has developed a gorgeous softness both inside and out after almost 60,000 miles on the road. I have slept in, set up camp, done roadside repair, gone hiking and foraging, and started fires in these jeans. And because they don't look like "motorcycle jeans", I can wear them around the office comfortably. The high waist is no joke: this is a proper high-waisted jean. I'm a little sway-backed, and I've got a good bit of rump, so most other high-waisted jeans give me a good gap in the back. Not these. And, let's be real, the thing everyone wants to know about is: do they make your butt look good? Yes, yes they do.
These jeans are extremely comfortable on and off the bike. The sizing chart was very accurate, and the fit is exact. I highly recommend this product!
These pants are better than I imagined. For reference, I am 5'6 / Waist: 47 / Hip: 47. I fell between sizes on the chart, even when sizing down twice, as recommended. These jeans have WAY MORE STRETCH in them than I anticipated, and I should have sized down 1-2 more sizes. All of this said, the fit is great except the waist being way too big. I should probably exchange for a smaller size, but they're fine with a belt. If (When) I order another pair, I'll definitely get smaller though. All of this said: THESE ARE SO COMFORTABLE. They feel great when I'm on my bike, walking around, or just sitting for dinner. Easily can be everyday life jeans. These were a spurge but fit 9000 times better than cheaper pairs I've tried, and this cost of safety is unmatched.
Rarely am I surprised by the hype around clothing. I have been eyeballing these jeans for MONTHS. For my birthday, my mom got me a riding shirt, which I'm absolutely in-love with. After confirming just how amazing the shirt was, I decided to take the plunge on the jeans. I stressed myself out on what size to go with. I was a true measure for a size 29. For reference, I'm 5'3, anywhere from 130-135. So I opted for a side 28 because my thighs measured 23 and I was worried anything smaller would be too tight. I cannot believe these are TOO BIG!!! Their 1-2 size down recommendation holds true. I will be swapping mine out for size 27. Now, the QUALITY. Holy smokes ladies. These will quite literally be my new everyday jeans. It just feels like my legs are enveloped in a hug. That's the best I can describe it. They are super flattering without feeling bulky. Wearing them for just a few minutes I felt them starting to conform to my body. The stitching is amazing and top quality. Needless to say, this company has a new customer for life! Thank you for the amazing products and keep them coming Tobacco!!!
I was very happy with these jeans. They are pricey but I have tried cheaper jeans and they never fit right or were not comfortable. These fit well and were very comfortable to ride in. They are a bit long but luckily that is not an issue for me since I am 5'7". I do wish they were slightly wider at the bottom so they would fit a bit easier over my boots. Not really a bit issue.
I love the fabric and fit of these pants MINUS the length. I'm 5'3 and I have to roll these up twice to have them manageable. I wish they had lengths for petite sized women.
I'm a thin dude and I got these for skinny jeans. They had for a minute a longer inseam for these guys so I snatched a pair up and they fit well. I could have gone probably one size tighter than I did because of the stretch denim it wore in more than I exxpected but still really well done. It looks like they have a skinny option now for guys so i'll get those maybe as my next pair but if you wanted a big more stretch or a slimmer profile these work pretty damn good. The wife loves em so I'm happy. Just don't expect your phone to fit in the pockets! I'd encourage Tobacco to give women better pockets in general. Not a unique thing to their brand but it's stupid lol
