Since California legalized lane splitting in 2016 Utah, Montana and Hawaii have passed laws that allow some form of lane splitting or filtering. Other states like Arizona and Maryland are considering similar laws, but laws in Virginia and Oregon failed to pass. We think the more people know about lane splitting the easier it will be to change the law and make lane splitting legal nationwide!
