Solid, looks great
The black vest looks great. It feels well built and solid. I usually wear a 48-50 jacket size. I ordered an XL because it is marked at 49. It fit comfortably over a t-shirt, which made me nervous. I tried it on over an armored riding shirt and a traditional, leather motorcycle jacket and it for snuggly over both. I did not try the vest with a thicker back pad, hopefully there’s enough room. My only complaint or confusion is the zipper tab is on the left side rather than the right, like most men’s/unisex garments.

Perfect fit and cut for riding and just wearing casual. Durable and heavy weight, plenty of pockets on the inside. Only complaint is the collar push button snaps do not stay together. Heavy duty zippers 👌�

Great feel
Riding in Hawaii leather gets way too hot. This is one of the best vest I have had. It doesnt feel like it is going to fall apart from the Hawaiian Sun but not too heavy. The only thing I wish is this design had an option to remove the collar.

I picked the wrong size vest which was a Large. I returned it for a XL size. I am still waiting for the new size vest to arrive. So I haven’t got to wear or try on the vest yet. The one that I sent back looked like it was well made. Hope the new vest fits better. Looking forward to trying it out.

Could wear it on the set of walking dead
The fit is a little snug and the zipper is installed on the wrong side. When the next run comes in that will be corrected. I love the look of this vest. Very heavy duty

Dark Horse Vest - WOW
I had the indigo denim vest. It is awesome. But the material on the black totally blows me away. So soft, I feel secure in it with the Kevlar, i love the look. The fit is awesome, but the soft material really makes this vest. The pockets are nice, the fit is amazing. If only I had a reason for another. But the quality on this and the indigo, I know they will last for ever. Just like everything else. Thank you.

Great Vest But A Couple Things
Loving the vest but couple things I would change. 1. I don’t like that the armor pocket is only attached by two strips of Velcro to the back. If the armor sleeve position was adjustable this would make sense but your forced to attach to one place only. I’d also feel safer if the Velcro strips were thicker. 2. Buttons to keep the collar down. 3. CCW pocket option would be cool. Things I do like: 1.The indigo color is amazing. 2. The Kevlar lines the whole vest 3. It’s surprisingly lightweight compared to my leather vest with no Kevlar.
