The canvas shell is your first line of defense against harsh the grind of the pavement but the Bandito also comes with an inner lining made from Dupont™ Kevlar® It's the toughest fiber in the world and is resistant to abrasion, puncture, and heat. United StatesI’m 5’6” and 170lbs. I ordered the medium, and was on the fence on whether to keep it or return it for a large. I decided to keep it. I’ve put in about 2,000 miles since picking up the jacket. Still a little stiffness at the underarm. I’m glad I kept the medium, but still wonder if I would liked a large better. As for the jacket itself, it’s the perfect middle ground between your regular riding jacket and a shirt. It’s nice and stiff when brand new, but seems to be breaking in nicely. Breaks the wind nicely, keeps a light rain off for a short period of time, but soaks through in a solid rain (but I expected this). I normally ride in 55-65°F temps with just this over a tee shirt, and it’s comfortable. A little cool at the low end of that, but nothing a flannel under doesn’t solve. At 85°F it was fine as long as I’m moving, but becomes too warm if I stop too long. I can jam this up and shove it into my saddlebags much easier than most jackets I’ve had. Jacket seems to be made extremely well, and I’m very happy with the purchase. Am considering on purchasing another in black for a more subdued off bike version to wear around town.

United StatesI recently received my bandito breakout riding shirt and talk about excitement. Winter is here for me so riding isn’t as frequent as a few months ago, but I took a ride with my shirt and was pleasantly surprised how well it broke the wind and helped to keep me warm. I’ve always loved the style of the shirts (this is my 3rd) and am looking forward to next riding season so I can make this crisp white shirt a little dirty.
