LOVE the riding shirt fit, quality, and style. I have longer arms and shorter torso but this shirt fits great. I’m 5’8 165lbs and the Medium fits like a champ. Got the Ropers gloves and they feel incredible cuz I’m a sucker for a soft thin glove. I have a med/large hand with thinner fingers And the Small size Ropers fit great. I have smaller wrists but the gloves fit comfortably secure. Great customer service as well, highly recommend.
Honestly, I love the product even if the price tag was a touch high. I returned it for one simple reason, it was too tight across my back, chest and arms, while fitting perfectly around my waist. I know that it is tough to find button down shirts to fit me correctly being that I am not built like the average man, but that is how it goes. I didn’t want to spend the cash to get a 350 dollar+ riding shirt tailored, so I returned for a refund. I didn’t like that idea as the quality of craftsmanship in this shirt is absolutely stellar. If I decide to fork up the cash for tailoring, I will re-purchase, but I shall wait to decide. This is as honest as it gets: 1. Superb craftsmanship and quality. You can see the difference when you pick it up and look at the seams 2. If you are a lifter/bodybuilder/athlete who is leaner, you may have a tough time with fit. The heavy material is not forgiving for muscular peeps. 3. Customer service was top notch. Emails answered quickly, refund processed fast, and they were very easy to deal with I would give 5 stars, but 4 will do just for the fit.
The Bandito is killer! I have other Tobacco California riding shirts, so I already knew what I was getting into.. great fit and finish, excellent protection, awesome style, and moto shirt I can wear even in Houston heat. The Bandito takes it up a notch with the striped sleeves.. definitely an eye catcher and conversation starter! I can ride knowing I’m protected, even though I’m not planning to prove that ;)
This jacket has been worn almost everyday since I received it. Super comfy on and off the bike. Keeps me warm but not overheated in the south Louisiana sunshine. Customer service is top notch. Fast response and easy to deal with. Worst part of all this was the wait and that's just because I'm impatient.
Shirt looks badass and fits perfectly without the D30 elbow pads, but with them, the sleeves get too tight at a slight bend (and I don't have huge arms). Consider a wider arm to account for this in the future. Otherwise, once I removed the animal's skin rectangle (she needed it more than I do, and with climate change it's a no-brainer to stop using leather when there's great moto brands using kevlar and Aramid) it's a fine, fine riding shirt!
I’ve been hesitant to buy from Tobacco, wondering if it’s worth the extra cost over other brands. It absolutely is! Very comfortable, high quality, and it actually fits right! It doesn’t billow off me, it doesn’t gap around my waist, and the sleeves are long enough to wear with low cuff gloves. The only thing keeping it from five stars is the lack of zippered outside pockets…
