Excellent. I bought this and the railroad striped jacket at almost the same time. I've tried so called "chore coats or barn coats" besides obviously offering no protection, they've always been cut wrong for riding. I'm 6 foot 175 lbs and the large is awesome.
Such a great well built product . I normally wear an xl shirt so I got a karate jacket and fits like a glove. It’s nice molding it to my body. But liked it so much I got an xl also. It’s more of a relaxed fit with a little more room in the elbows . I’m 6’2” 225. I don’t use it for riding just a fashion statement as I crashed to many times. And currently don’t have a bike. I recommend sizing up if want to put elbow pads.
I really like the look of the Bandito Riding Shirt. It’s slightly heavier than I anticipated but there is quality in every aspect of fit and finish. I’m 6ft 225lbs with. 48” Chest and 38” waist. The 2XL fits me with a little extra room for comfort. My only suggestion for improvement would be to add a snap at the cuff. The current snap leaves to much room at my wrist. A 2nd snap would allow the rider to wear it a little tighter to keep the wind out in cold weather.
Oh, Jeremy, sorry for taking so long to respond, dude! It’s been a busy past few days. In any event, to answer your question… I love my new Bandito shirt/jacket! I bought it specifically to wear during my annual New Years desert ride and camp out in Southern California. Stand by for a post desert ride review. By the way, this is the third item I’ve purchased from Tobacco and I’ve got two items on back order. I guess you can call me a true believer! ;)
Great looking jacket. St first I thought it might be too tight, ordered a small. Then realized after wearing it, the material loosens up. I know some reviews had talked about sizing up, but I believe you can get your size you normally get for a jacket and break this one in to fit. There were some loose threading that was around the jacket, maybe just forgot to clean it up . No issues I cut them off. The one thing I loved was space for armor. But really wish they added additional pockets for armor. I mean they offer a jacket with full armor pockets. Why not for this shirt jacket as well. If you are gonna put in the elbow armor, at least put a back pocket in. Well just nick picking. Still love the quality. Maybe in version 2 they can add more armor pockets .
Sleeves are longer which is nice for coverage. This shirt is so unique there’s not anything quite like it. High quality. The fit is perfect. Got a lot of compliments already. Feels like it will last a while. Don’t be discouraged by the price. It is worth it. Look at it as an investment for a quality piece that will last and also protect you whilst also looking great.
I was hesitant at first to spend the money but very glad I did. You can feel the quality right away. It’s a great fit and has the protection you need with the comfort. At the end of the day you won’t care about price while you’re sliding on the road.
Tobacco does a great job balancing protective gear without sacrificing style and quality. This collaboration with Go Fast Don’t Die in the Bandito Riding Shirt is no different. The attention to detail keeps me going back to this jacket again and again, and the peace of mind that comes in knowing that I’m both dressed for the slide and the ride is worth the investment in a piece that I know I will have in my kit for a lifetime.
This riding shirt is not only functional, but the perfect style I was looking for. Another amazing addition to Tobacco Motorwear's already great line up.
From first fit the Bandito jacket was awesome. You can tell the quality of the materials is really top notch. The fit was great and everything felt thought out in design. I'm usually not one to splurge on nice clothing but this jacket not only looks good but will hold up to many miles of adventures on the bike. Glad I spent the money with Tobacco Motowear. And to top it off, Dave is a great guy and passionate about his products!
