Love these. Wear them everyday at work and put the armour in for the commute
Great experience, comfy and stylish with nice protection
These products look so freaking awesome AND I don’t have to sacrifice protection. In fact, I’m looking better and riding safer than I was before. So grateful for the work you are doing to make riding even more fun and safer. Also, I’ve had a few interactions with customer service for returns and exchanges and it’s always a lovely experience. Keep up the great work!
Poor. Ordered a pair of Ironsides pants and when I received them one of the pockets was sewn shut. I contacted customer service and was made to feel as if the burden of proof was on me; I was required to supply photos and a detailed explanation of the issue and was told that once the pants were received, an evaluation would be made and the decision to replace or repair the jeans would be communicated to me. Rather than apologize for the poor quality of the product and an effort to make things right, I was made to feel as if I was a bother. My first issue is how a $450 pair of jeans gets by QC with such an obvious flaw. My second issue is the incredibly poor customer service that I received. I had to ask multiple times in emails, texts and phone calls that were never answered or returned, what the status of my order was and what was being done to get the new pair delivered. My third issue is with the advertised discount that was never applied nor did I receive the advertised free gloves I was to get when the jeans were purchased. It seems that once the sale was made, any attempt to keep me as a customer or ensure my satisfaction fell to the wayside and was no longer a priority. If your company put as much effort into customer satisfaction as they put into the emails they send me every week trying to convince me to buy more of your products, I would consider future purchases. Until then, I'll spend my money elsewhere.
Knock on wood, I have never went down in them. However, they are by far the greatest pair of jeans I’ve ever worn. When I grabbed them from the tailor when I got them hemmed, the guy goes, “oh, very nice material. Very thick. Very nice.” I agree, sir. Very nice, indeed.
I've gone on a couple of rides with these pants. I have both the knee and hip pads installed. First, let me say that I think the quality of these pants is top-notch. They are awesome. I'm also very glad to see someone make riding jeans that are long enough! Finally! I wear a 34 inseam, so 36 is perfect for the riding position on my bike. The bottom of the pants stay seated down on my boots and they don't creep up at all. The reason I'm giving three stars is that these are really, really tight. I went on a 300-mile ride last weekend and the pants chaffed the back of my legs so bad I didn't think I was going to get home. It hurt every time I went to shift. I'm pretty skinny - I'm 6'0" and I weigh about 150 lbs. They are so tight around my knees that they constantly rubbed the back of my legs. By the time I got home the back of my legs were completely red. I did wash the pants beforehand - maybe I needed to wash them more before using them? I'm really not sure what to think given that there are only 5-star reviews for these. Obviously they can't be returned since they've been washed and worn, so now I'm stuck with a super expensive pair of jeans that I probably will never wear again.
Amazing! They are starting to take my body form and feeling quite comfy. I love them. Thank you
Well right out of box they reminded me of Levi’s 501s. I got a size up. Cause I have a sexy old mans bod. In my case I could of got the size I wear. They are all ready short of big. Pants feel great. Hardly tell I have the inserts in. Small company, made in USA, customer service good, founder believes in product so much takes a drag. Pricey so not for everyone. For me it works. Hope not to test them in real time. But I’d buy again.
My first pair of riding pants. I saw many others Lora of them at lower prices. But this is the only one that the founder believes in his product so much he actually gets dragged on the road. The company is a small company in our great nation. And they are made here at home. Whole looking at these I also saw that they did a world record. Biggest American flag in a motorcycle. All of these things to me helped me pull the trigger. Out of the box they fit. I’d got a size up. I think you can go with your size. Don’t wash in washing machine or dry. They do get a bit warm. But they look like regular jeans. I can’t say anything about how they would work in a crash. And hope I never do. I’ve road them a couple thousand miles. And to me they are just like jeans. Oh yes they are long for us short legged people. But when you roll them up. I look like a sexy old guy. Pricey yes. Would I say buy them. I won’t say that but I’ll say I really love mine. I wear them even when I’m not riding. Plus if I said buy them and you hate them I don’t want you to hunt me down. This may not work for you. All I can say is this works for me. . The company is like a family. And they will work with you. If you let them. They believe in their product. Made is USA. Small company. Great customer service.they love our nation. Their product is amazing. I look at it like this one month in the hospital cost me over a half a million. Maybe these can save me some money. If I lay my bike down. And be able to walkway. But in the mean time I look like a sexy old dude. Lust like the fella in the video, in his underwear. So now it up to you. Buy or not. Good luck. It took me over a year to decide.
